NTF (Paris) / Nord France This file is mainly here to test support for alternate prime meridians from a PCS. Note in the GXF output that the PM is 2.5969213 (paris), rather than the usual 0.0 (Greenwich). This file also demonstrates translation from gradians to degrees for the angles in the LCC definition in the transform table, and the use of the rare LCC (1SP) transform.
