Unable to compile on windows. multiple target patterns

and now, I ran into the same issue reported one year ago.. extra/tsp/src/CMakeFiles/routing_tsp.dir/build.make:116: *** multiple target patterns. Stop. make[1]: *** [extra/tsp/src/CMakeFiles/routing_tsp.dir/all] Error 2 make: *** [all] Error 2

What am I missing here?!

Did you try to compile without support for Driving Distance and TSP? Just to see if it's problem of core functions or addons (which require additional libraries).

Unfortunately the pgRouting community is small and especially we have a lack of people working on Windows. To compile Windows binaries is somehow painfull.
