The SVN archive is located at http://pgrouting.postlbs.org/svn/pgrouting.

To check out the latest development version use the following command:

svn checkout http://pgrouting.postlbs.org/svn/pgrouting/trunk

If you have a patch to the pgRouting source, attach it to the relevant ticket. Write access to the SVN archive will be provided to developers who are making frequent contributions to the codebase.
